  • Target Audience (e.g. medical students, junior doctors, registrars/fellows etc.)

  • AV requirements (the PRIDoC 2024 organisers will provide a laptop, projector, screen, lectern and mic. Please indicate any additional AV requirements. Please note that charges may apply for additional requirements).
Oral Presentations will be assigned 20 minutes in the PRIDoC 2024 Program (15 minutes for presenting, followed by 5 minutes Q/A). Successful presenters will be required to provide a PowerPoint Deck in 16:9 ratio.

The Quick and The Deadly Presentations will consist of 20 slides, 20 seconds each, Pecha Kucha style. It’s non-stop and you've got 400 seconds to tell your story, with visuals guiding the way. This is an opportunity for students and junior doctors to do a quick and fun presentation on their projects, research, initiatives they run, education sessions or workshops they have designed and delivered, or anything that they’d like to showcase. Contributors to this session will be judged by an esteemed panel of student peers, and will be judged on time adherence, content, clarity and creativity. (Please note that this format of presentation does not need to adhere to the subthemes, however, should relate to the overall Congress theme).

Poster Presentations will be on display in the Exhibition Hall/Foyer for the entirety of PRIDoC 2024. Successful presenters must design a poster in A0 size, organise the printing of the Poster and hang it in their allocated place as directed by the organisers.
