All submissions must adhere to the AIDA 2025 Conference Abstract Submission Guidelines as outlined on the respective webpage, and must follow the Appropriate Language and Terminology Guide in order to be considered.
This page goes into detail on the additional and specific guidelines and requirements relating to the following presentation types:
Oral Presentations (15-minutes with 5-minutes for Q&A at the end)
Poster Presentations (hung for the duration of the conference in A0 portrait format)
The Quick and The Deadly Presentations (6 minutes and 40 seconds, 20 slides 20 seconds each, Pecha Kucha style)

The Quick and The Deadly Abstracts
The Quick and the Deadly Presentations will consist of 20 slides for 20 seconds each, (total 6 minutes 40 seconds). This is an opportunity for all delegates to do a quick and fun presentation on their projects, research, initiatives they run, education sessions or workshops they have designed and delivered, or anything that they’d like to showcase!
Contributors to these sessions will be judged by a panel of peers, and will be judged on time adherence, content, clarity and creativity.

Poster Abstracts
Poster Presentations will be on display in the Foyer for the entirety of the AIDA 2025 Conference. Successful presenters must design a poster in A0 size in portrait ratio, organise the printing of the Poster and hang it in their allocated place as directed by the organisers.
Each Poster Presenter will be allotted a timeslot during a lunch break to be present at their poster to discuss their research with delegates.
